The North Texas Municipal Water District is
proposing to rebuild and expand the Lookout
Tranfer Station located just east of Plano Road on
Lookout Drive. NPAR has been working closely
with the most impacted residents and businesses
to define the required protections needed to
ensure our community is protected from the
negative impacts of the Lookout Transfer Station.

For practical, in-depth information on managing your NA/HOA, join us at our biannual Neighborhood Associations Conference. As part of our mission to be an information resource for Richardson neighborhood associations NPAR helps host this informative, interactive event. Come learn from other NA/HOA officers and professionals tips to run your NA/ HOA and serve your neighborhoods! The event is free and open to any officer of a Homeowners or Neighborhood Association in Richardson. Please forward to your Board members, and RSVP your attendence to chair@protectrichardson.org.
